The Gallery Soho featured local art of various sorts. Some of my favorite pieces were by artist Raul Acosta, from my hometown of Chino Hills.
He was encouraged by his friends and family to put his artwork up for sale after years of doing it merely as a hobby, so perhaps this is the beginning of a long career as an artist for Raul... though probably not.
